Using this machine allows you to speed up the job of uncapping.
The machines capacity is at least 150 frames to 250 frames per hour.
Uncapping blades are heated by a 1100w water heater. Water is pumped continuously through the blades.
Brood box rest included
Counter-balance operation with either manual or foot pedal control of blade distance.
Frame scraper for burr comb on bottom bars
The blades can be adjusted to various frame sizes with a simple and quick movement. The blades do not touch the frame sides, they move within them, and so neither the blades nor the frames can get damaged.
The cut wax membrane falls into a container provided with a filter from where honey flows into a lower trough.
The machine requires a 240v supply.
The entire machine is made from fully acid-proof stainless food grade materials and is easy to clean.
Please note the uncapper comes with a plastic box that is used to collect the wax capping’s as standard, there is an additional charge for a stainless steel box.
